“As an Airbnb host myself, I hold the hospitality business to very high standards. These standards were exceeded when I stayed here last week with a friend. “We spent the night after a wedding in nearby Northampton. It was a lovely place to return to at the end of a long day. We enjoyed our breakfast the following morning, both the buffet selections (especially the coffee cake muffins) as well as our conversation with staff member Kristen. We always try to support small businesses in the places where we travel and the Dasniel Stebbins House did not disappoint!”

However, more discerning travelers might have been upset by the fact that the supplemental door lock didn't work, one of the shelves in the closed was broken and the one day out of four that we had maid service, they seemed to only half finish the job. They may be very short of staff.”

“The front desk hostess upgraded us to a quieter 3rd floor room with 2 queen beds. Enjoyed our stay there; again friendly staff , clean premises (especially the bathroom) though tolerable musty odor probably from carpet.”

“This was for a quick night sleep. Not going to lie, it felt a bit sketchy at first glance, but I was pleasantly surprised. The employee was friendly and helpful at check in. The room was clean and did not have a smoke smell. I will say the outside doors to our building had a card reader to get in but you did not need a card, which kind of creeped me out security wise but it was fine. They had a good selection of breakfast items, make your own waffle machine, eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, yogurt,...
