Welcome to Hare & Hollow, a dreamy escape in Hankins, NY where modern comfort meets woodland charm. With 3 cozy bedrooms, a screened porch, hot tub, fire pit, and fenced yard, it’s perfect for unwinding with loved ones (pups too!). Soak under the stars, gather by the fire, or explore nearby towns like Callicoon, Roscoe, and Livingston Manor for farm-to-table dining, fly fishing, hiking, and unique boutiques. Near family friendly skiing and snow tubing!

Hankins, NY is a hidden gem in the Catskills, offering a peaceful escape surrounded by rolling hills, forests, and the scenic Delaware River. Known for its small-town charm and natural beauty, it’s a favorite for fishing, hiking, kayaking, and exploring the outdoors year-round. Just a short drive to quaint towns, farm stands, and antique shops, Hankins invites you to slow down, unwind, and soak in the magic of upstate New York.

You will have access to the entire home besides some locked closets. You also have access to the wonderful fenced in yard.

Main Living Area
Step inside to an airy, open-concept layout where the kitchen, living, and dining areas flow seamlessly together under soaring ceilings. The kitchen offers generous counter space, perfect for preparing meals, while the central dining table is surrounded by natural light and communal energy. In the cozy living room, you’ll find ample seating, a large smart TV, a record player, and a collection of games—ideal for relaxed nights in.

Screened-In Porch
Just off the kitchen, the screened-in porch is a versatile hangout spot with another dining table and a full-sized ping pong table, perfect for meals al fresco or a friendly competition.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The primary suite on the main floor features a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and screen door access to the back deck.
Another main floor bedroom also has a queen bed and sits right next to the second full bathroom for convenience.
Upstairs, a spacious loft offers two full-size beds, a TV, and a half bath, making it a great space for kids or additional guests.

Outdoor Space
The fenced-in backyard is designed for both fun and relaxation. Gather around the fire pit, sway in the hammock, or spread out for lawn games with plenty of open space for the pups to roam. A BBQ grill is just off the back deck, and a welcoming front patio offers additional seating for morning coffee or evening wind-downs.

The best and only way to reach the cabin is by car, as there are no nearby train stations.

While you’ll be nestled in a peaceful rural setting, you may occasionally hear some light road noise. It’s nothing major but worth noting.
