Our house is located halfway between Berlin and Dortmund, and Frankfurt and Hamburg. Just 5 minutes from the A2—with 240 square meters of living space and 7 bedrooms featuring a variety of double and single beds—it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. Both families and companies can accommodate their loved ones here. Two full bathrooms plus an additional guest restroom are available. A large living/event room, a dining room with a table for 8–10 people, and a fully equipped kitchen round out the amenities. A nearly 2,000-square-meter property with a small fish pond is perfect for relaxing during the day and in the evening. The peaceful setting helps you reconnect with yourself. An outdoor ping-pong table, an outdoor professional dartboard, and an indoor foosball table will get the kids or friends excited about playing. But please be mindful of quiet hours starting at 10:00 p.m.—outdoor activities should be a bit more subdued then. The Blaue See, with its water ski facility, is a six-minute drive away, and the Steinhuder Meer, offering sailing and other recreational activities, is 25 minutes away.
