It is our 4th time staying at Anatole This hotel locate in quiet street but close to everything What make this hotel is home away from home is the staff. Everyone from dinning area, from desk . Concierge service is courteous, tentative and friendly A big shout out to Mình as he is one of the reason we keep coming back. Thank you Minh for making our visit to Hanoi memorable as always

The staff was amazing and the hotel was wonderfully comfortable! highly recommend for anyone!!! And would definitely come here again for my next stay. Their staff was accommodating to our trip schedule and helped us with our luggages even before and after check in. They gave great recommendations for food & was always ready to help. I felt like they offered tips and things we can do, even without me asking. I appreciated their warm hospitality and it easy for me to not worry. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, bright and comfortable. Best bed I had my whole trip in Vietnam! I loved my bath tub & shower. And the room felt very clean, well kept, updated and luxurious. After walking through the city, it was exactly what I needed. We got the executive suite. The rooftop bar was a nice cherry on top. It had unobscured views & the drinks were the best cocktails I actually had in the city. I like my cocktails not to sweet & where the alcohol blends well with the other ingredients. So I really enjoyed their happy hour - buy 2, get 1 free!

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. Easy walking distant to most of Hanoi attractions. Room is spacious and bed is super comfortable. Staffs are warm and welcoming.

Updated hotel in a very convenient location. We were able to walk the city easily from here. Rooms have a great shower and bathroom. Bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is extensive and had pho and eggs made to order. Staff was warm and welcoming.

This place was really great, and the staff is incredible. Walking distance from the cathedral and tons of restaurants, cafes and bars. We stayed in the suite which was so great.

Great hotel for exploring Hanoi
The team were brilliant and really helpful. They organised my transfer to and from the airport, which was a great help. Especially as my flight was extremely delayed. The hotel is in a great location and central to all the main parts you want to explore. The room was a really good size and the bed was extremely comfortable, best sleep I've had in Vietnam. The room was cleaned daily and the fresh fruit in the room was a nice touch. Breakfast is good, with your egg station and selection of eastern and western dishes.

Hotel Location is great however room is noisy can easily hear people talking from next room , karaoke bar make horrible noise until 1 am , shower curtain useless keep flooding the whole floor every time shower on.

We had a great 4-night stay at a clean and well-organized hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, even preparing breakfast for us when we checked out early. The hotel's location also made it convenient to visit nearby attractions. We are grateful to the entire staff for making our trip enjoyable.

旧市街の教会から徒歩5分程度の好立地にあります。スタッフの方達はとてもホスピタリティに溢れていました。 ホコリ、浴室のカビなど、清掃が行き届いていないところがありましたが全体的には綺麗にしてると思います。 年末年始に滞在したからかもしれませんが、周辺ホテルやバーからの音楽がうるさかったです。 午後11時くらいまで騒音があったので眠りの浅い人にはキツイかもしれません。 良くないことも書きましたが、立地やスタッフのサービス精神を考えるとまた滞在したいと思えるホテルです。

The two rooms I stayed in at this property (my stay was broken up by going to Halong Bay for the night) were loud from street noise. I asked for them to not put me in a room facing the street after the first half of my stay and they put me on a lower floor, street room. Then, the thermostat is regulated by the front desk. Although, strangely the first half of my stay, I was able to control my thermostat, and in the second half I was not. I repeatedly called to tell them that I was cold and to turn on the heat. They would turn it on for a limited time and turn it off. They said that the heat could not be turned on because it would impact the oxygen in the room (I have never heard of this). Then the last night, the weather outside was warm and the hotel finally turned on the heater. It was then incredibly hot and again I was not able to control the thermostat. Very uncomfortable experience.

3박4일 일정중에 2박 예약했는데 너어어무 맘에 들었어요. 다들 영어도 잘하시고 엄청 친절하십니다. 방도 딱 깔끔한 호텔 방이었고 뷰 없는곳으로 예약했는데 괜찮았어요 ㅎㅎ 수영장이랑 스카이바도 좀 작았지만 깔끔하고 이뻤고 위치도 완전 시내 한복판이라 엄청 좋았습니다. 시끄럽지 않을까 걱정이었는데 소음도 없었어요. 아침 조식도 맛있고 깔끔했습니다. 메뉴도 매번 바뀌더라구요?! 짱짱맨-!

Service was top notch. Ngoc helped us book great tours/excursions to HaLong and Sapa; she was very thoughtful, attentive, clear and easy to communicate with. Room amenities were excellent. Great for the kids (family connecting room) - they loved the bathtub.

This is my second time coming to Hanoi, and I stay at this hotel every time I come. Not only is the location great, but the rooms are clean. Additionally, the hotel staff are very friendly. Even when eating breakfast, we ask each and every person if there are any inconveniences and ensure convenience. You can go to all the famous restaurants and massages on foot, and the hotel helps you take a city tour. I think it will be noisier than expected, but the hotel is quite quiet. The rooftop bar is also cheap and delicious. (More than anything, the staff is friendly.) If you are hesitant to choose a nearby hotel, I recommend this hotel. 하노이에 2번째 오는데, 올때 마다 이 호텔에 숙박을 합니다. 이곳은 위치도 뛰어날뿐만 아니라, 방의 청결이 좋습니다. 뿐만아니라, 호텔 직원분들은 너무 나도 친절합니다. 조식을 먹을때도 일일이 한분 한분 다 불편함이 없는지 물어보고, 편의를 지켜줍니다. 걸어서 유명한 레스토랑, 마사지를 다 다닐수 있고 호텔에서 시티투어를 할수 있도록 도움을 줍니다. 생각보다 씨끄러울것으로 생각하지만 호텔은 상당히 조용합니다. 루프탑바도 저렴하고 맛이 있습니다. (무엇보다 직원분이 친절합니다.) 만약 근처의 호텔을 선택하기 주저하신다면 이 호텔을 추천합니다.
