ホテルは賑やかな飲食街の中にあり、周りは騒がしい。 部屋は変な臭いがしパイナップルが置いてありました。恐らく消臭の為だが不快でした。 また、お湯は最初だけ出たが途中から水になるなど残念な部分が多いです。

Great hotel for the price. Easy walking distance to anything you need - on a busy street. Staff were fabulous- very friendly, personable, and very accommodating to changes in our schedule. No major complaints other than had a massage and was very light and not very enjoyable.

This hotel is surrounding with lots of local and western restaurants and within walking distance to the famous Ha Noi railway which has the residents so close to the railway!

Kim was exceptional! She went beyond to help me in everything I needed! She is the Best! Very friendly/professional and extremely helpful! She was always inquiring if I needed anything So that my stay was a memorable one! And it was! In fact I will be back to the hotel in a week!

Great location. Shower needs improvement.
The room was great, very spacious with balcony. The location was perfect, lots of authentic street food places and it seems that locals go there to eat judging by the number of motorbikes parked there. Only one problem was that the shower had weak pressure and the water was lukewarm.

Great place to stay
Great value and very helpful staff - stored our bags during Sapa trip and allowed us to sleep in a room for more than half the price when arriving back from sleeper train at 5am. Would recommend!

Personal excelente desayuno con materia prima de nivel con eleccion de un plato tipico de comida vietnamita el spring roll de lo mejor que comi en asia, habitacion en el 6 piso sin ruidos pese a la gran vida nocturna en la planta baja 100 % recomendable

On oasis in the middle of mayhem :)
Great location if you want to be right in the middle of it all. Very busy, amid the hustle and bustle. I think next time I would not stay in this particular neighborhood, now that I've done it once. (And nothing to do with the hotel). Cheers to the hotel staff. Always there to help!!!!!!

Good hotel with friendly staff. Value for money. I read the previous reviews and this seemed all ok. Pro: Very Friendly and helpful staff. They help you when needed. They help us check our pre booked tours. Good breakfast. We even got a breakfast package when we had to go on an early tour. Good location in old quarter. The hotel is situated on a nice street with lots of local food options. Location is also safe. Walking distance to most of the attractions. Room was nice and clean. We booked a room with a view. We got a room on the back side of the hotel. There wasn't much view from the window but benefit was that is was also quiet at night. The hotel also has rooms with no window. These rooms actually have a window to the hallway in the hotel and are also quite ok. The rooms at the front of the hotel might actually be a bit noisy due to the restaurants in front of the hotel. Wifi was good. Con: Non actually. This is value for money. Only con can be that the rooms at the front might be a bit noisy at night due to the restaurants.

Great budget hotel in perfect location.
We stayed 4 nights the in the junior suite. The hotel is in the perfect location near great street food. It’s close enough to the lake and the Old Quarter to do everything you want to, but far enough away to not be too touristy. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The steamed airport pick up and drop off we’re seamless and the breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here on our next trip to Hanoi.

Nice hotel in a very good location
The room was clean, spacey, quiet and very well priced. The hotel sits in a street with lots of restaurants and bars, but it's quiet inside. The staff were extremely helpful, they booked a train for us over the phone and pointed us to the best places in Hanoi.

Wonderful staff and great location
Really nice cute hotel surrounded by great places to eat. Staff were incredibly helpful and looked after our large suitcase for a week whilst we took a motorbike trip up into the mountains. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel and Hanoi!

호텔 주변이 조금 번잡하고, 골목안에 위치하여 택시를 타고 오면 찾기가 어려운 점이 있다. 공항에 오고 갈 때 요청하면 불러주는 자동차는 올때 $18, 갈떄 28만동으로 서비스도 만족스럽다. 객실내의 욕실 상태가 조금 부실하고 소음이 많다. 아침식사는 좋은 수준은 아니나, 전반적인 종업원들의 서비스는 친절하고 좋은 편이다.

Fantastisk bra service! omtänksamma och hjälpsamma. 5/5! Jätte bra läge på en mysig restauranggata, relativt tyst och lugnt. Gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdigheter. 5/5 Frukosten var helt ok. Inget speciellt men prisvärt. 3/5 Rummet var välstädat och bra i vietnamesisk standard. Visst buller från gatan. 4/5 I helheten ett jätte bra budget hotell. Skulle fått längre poäng om inte servicen varit fantastisk. Vi fick hjälp med allt! Slutbetyg: 3 stjärnithotell med förstklassig service, rekommenderas starkt 5/5

Transfer von und zum Flughafen wurde perfekt vom Hotel organisiert. Da wir früh morgens ankamen, durften wir frühstücken und haben unser Zimmer früher bekommen. Gepäckaufbewahrung und Dusche während mehrtagesausflügen wurde angeboten. Sehr herzlicher Service mit Informationen zur Stadt und Rundumservice.

Wonderful hotel, amazing staff
I booked a one week stay at Lele & Frog because the price was right, there was free breakfast included, and I liked the location. All of these things are accurate and good reasons to stay, but my experience there was amazing more because of the hotel staff: by turns friendly, helpful, charming, sweet, thoughtful and generous. In particular Ms. Apple and Ms. Viu deserve special mentions for going above and beyond. Returning to the hotel to be greeted by their smiles felt like coming back to a friend's home. Whenever I next return to Hanoi there is no doubt that this is the place I'll stay. To stay anywhere else would feel like I was cheating on my friends.

Great staff, keen to do what they can to help. Breakfast good, all free, a la carte and simple buffet. Stayed 7th floor (highest) and could hear some street noise. Imagine lower floors can get quite noisy. Excellent location on food streets, 15 minute easy walk to Hoam Kiem Lake. Hotel is a little shabby; floor of corridor has some holes, shower needed sealing, walls could do with paining. Shower pressure good. Daily housekeeping. Free bottle of water on arrival.

A hotel with a big heart.
The Lele and Frog hotel in Hanoi is in a good central location on a street with an excellent variety of eateries.Rooms at the hotel are neat,clean, tidy & quite quiet with a 'phone,'fridge,TV & attached bathroom (all for about $25 per night).A varied breakfast buffet is also included in that price.Most memorable of all were the unfailingly kind,helpful and friendly staff.This hotel also has the sweetest and tastiest Apple in the whole of Hanoi!

Great stay, lovely staff!
The LeLe Frog hotel was immediately accomodating and the staff were friendly from the moment we checked in until we left for a halong bay cruise the next day, in constant contact with our rep to ensure we were not forgot about. The room was clean, modern and bright, a real treat after some of the places we have stayed in during our trip and a comfortable mattress and bedding which is always a great bonus. The breakfast was also wonderful with varied options of self service fruits and foods alongside a made to order poached eggs (with toast that I added) and pancakes for my partner, the breakfast even had crispy bacon on offer which we thoroughly enjoyed and did not expect. Would highly recommend this place to anyone as the location is great also and is walking distance to anything you may need in the old quarter.

Wir waren zweimal hier für eine Nacht. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Der Service ist naja...Typisch dieses überfreundliche Asiatische was schon sehr nervt. Das habe ich um längen besser erlebt. Die erste Nacht im ersten Zimmer war noch wirklich ok. Zimmer i.o aber die zweite Nacht war einfach komplett daneben. Laut, herunter gekommen und Schimmel an den Wänden und so roch es leider auch

The hotel is located in a food street. It would be a bit noisy at night if the windows are not shut well. The room is simple. Staff are friendly and helpful. They are willing to introduce sightseeing points and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is delicious with certain choices.

O hotel fica numa localização ok. Não é muito perto e nem muito longe do Old Quarter, que é onde fica o agito de Hanoi. O atendimento é fantástico. Fiquei em dois quartos diferentes, e ambos tinham problemas de manutenção, como banheiro que alagava em um e porta do banheiro que não fechava em outro.

Good value..basic clean & adequate.
Was very surprised that it was a converted shophouse. It is smacked in the middle of a local hawker & eating place. So it is a bit noisy. For young tourists, it is perhaps what they want. Straight outside you can sit down & order a Pho Bo...or sit outside a cafe sipping coffee/beer and watch the world go by. The hotel is in a precinct so the taxi cannot drive it...you need to call the hotel boy to come out to help with the luggage. Breakfast is simple but good. Room small but bed is solid & comfortable. TV and Internet worked well. Toilet seat needs fixing as it doesnt stay in the open position. Overall it is very good value for money (about US 35 for 2, with breakfast).

Front desk area had a terrible toxic odor. Small bedroom They offer free breakfast but I would skip it. Walk around and get some local foods that taste better and cheap

가성비.... 나쁘지않습니다.
사실 하노이 호안끼엠 주변에 워낙 호텔이 많아 선택하는데 어려움이 많습니다. 개인적으로 흡연가능한곳을 찾다보니 발코니 있는 방으로 골랐는데 포인트에 쿠폰까지 있어 싸게 예약이 가능했습니다. 시설은 전박적으로 나쁘지않고 벌레도 없었습니다. 제가 묵었던 방이 아마 이 호텔에서 제일 좋은 방이긴 한거같은데..... 발코니에 보면 다른건물 에어컨 실외기가 달려있어 어떨때는 정말 나가면 더 덥더군요 ㅠ 그리고 화장실에 샤워하는곳 문이 옆으로 밀고 여는건데... 닫히지않아서... 사용하는 것에는 크게 상관없었습니다. 직원들도 친절했고 하우스키핑.... 대답안하면 문열고 들어오니까 조심하셔야되구 ㅠ 카드키가 아닌것도 약간 아쉬웠지만... 제가 사용한 발코니있는 방은 대체로 무난했습니다.
