Exclusive 40 acre retreat w/ Pool & Hot Tub!

Your arrival at `The Farm` begins when you pull into the long, private drive lined with stately maple trees. As you round the corner the architect-designed home comes into view. Yes, amazing amenities. Yes, fully stocked chef`s kitchen. Yes, 4 ensuite bedrooms. But all that won`t matter when you walk out onto the back terrace and take in the blue pool water set against the backdrop of beautiful rolling hills. Take a deep breath, you`ve arrived. Kick back, relax, and let the memory-making begin.

This is a single level home, save for the 4th bedroom above the garage. All four bedrooms in the home feature queen beds (the 4th bedroom has 2 queen beds) and all four bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathroom. There is also a half bath off the main living area. This home has TONS of windows that allow you to enjoy the private, peaceful views of the rolling farmland and pool area from every room in the home. You`ll love the luxury finishes, modern amenities, and peaceful feel this home provides.

You`ll have exclusive use of the home and pool during your stay. The cornfields around the home are actively farmed, so every once in a while you may see a tractor tending to the crops. There is a large yard buffer between the home and the cornfields, so there shouldn`t be any negative impact on your stay.

We live about 40 minutes away from The Farm. If you have questions or need anything during your trip feel free to message us through the app or call/text us as well.

A portion of Rodden Rd, which leads to this home, is gravel, so take it slow. The driveway to this home is paved.

The pool is generally open May 1 - October 30 each year, although this can change in the case of extreme cold weather. Use of the pool and hot tub are at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty and we always recommend adult supervision. We expect all guests to follow the posted pool rules and to also follow other common-sense water safety practices to ensure everyone is safe and has fun during your stay.

Due to some abuses by guests in the past, we strictly enforce the guest capacity limit of 10 people at the property during your stay, whether those guests are staying overnight or not. If you would like to request the ability to host more than 10 people at the property during the day, prior approval from us is required (and not guaranteed). Please reach out with the estimated number of people, ages, and reason why there will be more than 10 and we will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
