“Great staff, amazing with my young lad. Only stayed for one night but they were very helpful. Special shout to the receptionist I think his name was Timothy, (apologies if wrong) he was great. We were Derby fans and came to see the Norwich match and he was so helpful with parking tips and planning. Thank you again.”

“The old hall hotel was spotless from top to bottom. We really enjoyed the pool jacuzzi sauna and steam room for which towels were also provided. All the staff were very happy to help and were lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.”

“We stayed in a twin room in the older part of the building....it was very disappointing! The mattress was the most uncomfortable that i have ever slept on, it must jave been the cheapest matress you could buy, all the springs had gone in it and lots of dips and hollows, i had to lay the bath towels on top of it to try and stop the springs from digging into me! “Lovely location, has a nostalgic feel to it which gives it character. Didn’t use the bar but it just looked so lovely, next time, And there will be a next time because we will go again. Room was good, we had a family room and liked that our son was able to sleep in his own little room within our main room. Very enjoyable stay.”
