“Beautiful house and location.”

“When you arrive at this property you simply don’t want to leave! The cabin has the most special and unique feel to it with quality furnishings and appliances and the bath outside on the deck is spectacular (even in the rain!) We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here and our only regret is we didn’t stay longer! With no tv or wifi it was a great place to get lost in the serenity and away from the hustle and bustle of life and technology. This was one of our highlight stays in our 16 day tour...

“Te Mahuru is a most exceptional, beautiful, very clean and overall, a perfect place to stay. Jen went out of her way to be accommodating and we give thanks t the highest rating possible. The gardens and views were spectacular, the hot tubs were lovely and very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Homemade bread each morning and plenty of great choices. The patio off our room was very private and comfortable for sitting with a cup of tea gazing at the beautiful mountains in the background....

“If you have kids who would like to experience something new, loves farm animals and outdoors, this is the place. We stayed on October 24 on our last day in the south island. We were looking for something new and different and Wacky Stays delivered. It is not a brand new dwelling so please manage your expectations. “Wonderful different place to stay. Small compact and impeccable. Comprehensive personalised checkin, comfortable bed and great little toilet. Very well appointed and loved the breakfast options in the the truck which included fresh bread, free range eggs, delicious jam, cereals milk tea and coffee. If youve ever wanted to stay in a house truck then stay here. Its very cool. Cheers”
