“Horrible stay! Left a day earlier. The room I received was used and not cleaned. The pillows had the shape of the head from being used and wet towel hanging from the a chair. They gave me a new room. The hotel overall was dirty, all the hallway carpet had large stains, dirt in every corner, the lobby was extremely dirty including sofas, ball of hair/dust in every corner. Horrible, I’m never coming back! ”

“The pool area is way too small for the resort. It felt very crowded. We had to put our name on a list to get a chair at the pool. Service at the pool was quite slow. The rooms were tired. Nice views. Location not very walkable. This hotel thinks it's fancy but it is not. ”

“This is a bit of a dated hotel but is conveniently located to the cruise ship terminal.
Price includes a great breakfast with lots of options from fresh cooked omelettes, scrambled eggs, lots of cereals, baked goods, waffles, and fresh fruit. Your stay also includes 2 drink tickets and assorted appy’s per nights stay.
Furniture in the room is dated and our room needed some repairs but maintenance was quick to respond.
Lots of eating establishments within walking distance.
Pool very nice.”

“My husband and I had an excellent experience at this resort. All the staff were very welcoming, and we truly appreciated the warm and friendly atmosphere. The resort is small but well-organized, very clean, and comfortable.
As a suggestion for the future, adding a small bar would be a great improvement.
The only issue during our stay was with the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff member there had an unprofessional and somewhat arrogant attitude. We even overheard her speaking rudely to...

“Nice hotel. Had some plumbing issues in our room and staff moved slow to rectify the issue. Room is nice and big with two full baths which was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Pool area is nice and the beach across the street is beautiful. Very walkable to restaurants and shops, 15 minutes. We survived just fine without a rental car. Lot of places to doordash supplies from.”
