The host, Sarah, was wonderful about responding to my concerns. The driveway needed plowing and she sent her plow guy right away. The size of the place and location was perfect for our extended family. We were two grandparents and three daughters with their husbands and the grandchildren. There was a nice play area in the loft with toys and books that the kids enjoyed very much. We also brought sleds and the kiddos loved sledding on the property. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and the adult games. The floors, sinks & tubs were cleaned very well by the cleaning crew. I did point out to Sarah that the fans up high by the ceiling were extremely dusty as was the rack above the pots and pans. She was going to address this. There was adequate toilet paper and even some coffee and aluminum foil, storage bags, etc available, which was very nice. I’m pretty fussy about cleanliness, so some ppl may not have noticed the fans. The general area and floors were clean, which is most important. The host was very responsive and available, which was fantastic. Definitely would stay there again! Great long family ski weekend!
