Spacious Family Home Overlooking Little Traverse Bay

If you are planning a trip to Northern Michigan we invite you to fly in, or drive in and experience all that the Harbor Springs/Petoskey area has to offer.

We are less than a five minute drive to downtown Harbor Springs and a ten minute drive to downtown Petoskey. The best skiing and golfing in the Midwest is only 5 minutes away at either Boyne Highlands or Nubs Nob. Just across the street is the Little Traverse Wheel-way Bike Path so don't miss the opportunity to pack your bikes and explore! And there are so many beaches around every corner.

If you are homebody that's ok too because there is plenty to see and do right at our home. We have a very large attached garage that has a basketball court and enough space for whatever game your family loves to play together. You can even park a plane, boat, or several vehicles inside it if needed.

The family dining and living room features a very cozy fireplace which is great for late nights and early mornings. The upstairs is the perfect place to watch a sunset overlooking Little Traverse Bay or to enjoy a family game night at the card table.

Don't forget to grab some marshmallows and spend time making memories at our firepit. Chairs, firewood, and roasting sticks are provided - everything you need to wrap up the perfect week.

This vrbo rental is top notch. We stayed for the holiday with 2 families with children and it was the best stay. Ample room, kitchen stocked, comfortable beds, all the amenities! Location is perfect! The basketball court for kiddos was essential. There are so many bonuses about this rental! And the host was fantastic. Checked in on us, and was very communicative on everything. We are already planning our next stay! Thank you so much for making our stay amazing!

The house is nice and on a quiet street. A private airport is a street away, but the planes are infrequent and fun to watch. The size of the house was wonderful for our family of 8 to enjoy. My only complaint is that for a house this size, the kitchen supplies were lacking and some of the cookware was dirty.

Another Great Stay

We love staying at this property when we are in Harbor Springs/Petoskey. It is always BEAUTIFUL, super clean, and the host (Jason) is absolutely incredible. The property is in a great location, check-in is always simple, and we never have any complaints. We look forward to continuing to stay here in years to come. This is one of the BEST VBRO properties that I have stayed at (to date). Thank you for another GREAT stay!

Harbor Springs Area Family Vacation

Had a GREAT family vacation in this beautiful and spacious home just minutes from downtown Harbor Springs. The home was perfect, exactly as advertised, very clean, spacious, well stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. The check-in process was simple and quick. Fabulous Harbor Springs Getaway

Incredible stay at this fabulous Harbor Springs home! Overlooking Little Traverse Bay, it was harder to decide whether to look at the bay or the small airplanes flying in on occasion to the Municipal airport! It was like having your own private air show! So this house actually sits on the famous "Tunnel of Trees" road, highway M119! So close to lovely downtown Harbor Springs and beautiful Petoskey! And then a short drive to the Mackinaw Bridge and Lake Huron with awesome antique shops along the way and a short drive to Charlevoix! Just perfect! The home is incredible, newer feel, with awesome kitchen for cooking, gorgeous bathrooms. It has 2 master en-suites, one being on the main level, perfect for the non-stair going people in your family or group. And one downstairs, with 2 other bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. The 3rd story makes for a great area for hanging out or extra area for teenagers to crash out in! The view from up there is amazing too! Um..did I mention this home has a basketball court/plane hangar? Oh and if you had a small plane, you could park it on this Court?? Wonderful communication from the host, my family would recommend this home to all and would love to come stay again! Thank you for sharing it with us!

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

We absolutely love this house and we enjoyed our stay! In fact, we hope to book for the same time next year. We had a wonderful stay and James was an amazing host. The property is absolutely stunning, the location is perfectly situated between Harbor Springs and Petoskey, the house is unique and beautifully appointed, etc. This house has everything to offer and is just a little piece of heaven in northern Michigan. We highly recommend this property to anyone who loves quality construction and appreciates wonderful decorating! We cannot wait to return in the future!
