Vieni a goderti questo appartamento per famiglie sulla spiaggia in una comunità privata. La struttura dispone di 2 camere da letto (1 king, 2 letti a castello) e un bagno. La grande sala comprende angolo cottura con piano cottura Thermador, piccolo frigorifero, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, forno a microonde, tostapane e un set completo di pentole Calphalon Erbe, spezie, zucchero, caffè e tè, nonché sapone, shampoo, detersivo per bucato e prodotti di carta. C'è una combinazione lavatrice / asciugatrice nel bagno. The Boat House dispone anche di TV HD, aria condizionata / riscaldamento, griglia Weber a carbone sul grande ponte con vista sulla spiaggia privata - accesso a 60 piedi di lungomare! La nostra associazione privata dispone di un parco con parco giochi, campo da tennis e shuffleboard a pochi passi di distanza. Una ferrovia da giardino (calibro G) della porta accanto è divertente per bambini e adulti! Scopri anche cosa sta succedendo in officina. Purtroppo la Boathouse non è accessibile agli animali domestici o accessibile alle sedie a rotelle in quanto vi è una rampa di scale esterna per accedere all'appartamento.

Very clean with nice lake decor. Quiet and good location at the beginning of Tunnel of Trees. Nice sandy beach. Charming well informed hosts. This was my second visit.

We loved our time at Pam and Dave’s Boathouse. This truly is a hidden gem and was the key to our relaxing and fun week in Northern Michigan. The space was perfect for our family of three, including a pack and play, booster seat and blackout shades in the bedrooms to make traveling with an infant easy. The boathouse is steps away from the lake, which made for a relaxing and fun-filled week. We so enjoyed our time here!

My husband and I stayed at the Boat House and loved it. It was very clean, updated, had all amenities needed and the private beach was perfect. The location was quiet and within close range to the tunnel of trees, Petoskey, parks and shopping. I recommend going to the Pond Hill Farm (5 minutes away) for plenty of children activities, food, beverages and a band. We had a great stay here.

3 Girlfriends stayed two nights. Long walks on the beach, short trips to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Host Dave shared his passion with his boat, plane and trains and gave us a tour of his workshop. Beautiful place to stay.

This place was perfect. The location was wonderful. It was actually closer to the shore than the pictures make it look. It was such an easy drive to the most picturesque little town. I have never stayed in a rental that was so clean. We cooked a lot and there was never a time when we thought of something we needed in the utensil/pans area. It was a well-equipped kitchen. My husband really enjoyed using the grill pan on the gas stove. (Just beware, there is no freezer and a dorm-like fridge, but it worked well for us). The hosts were welcoming and present, yet we had plenty of privacy.

This VRBO was outstanding! We came for the skiing and really enjoyed coming back from the slopes each night. The upstair apartment offered great views of the Harbor and the sandy beach. The interior is impressive. Beautiful wood paneling, floors, & beams...decorated with maritime pictures & memorabilia. It definitely gave an UP NORTH vibe. The floor plan isn't that spacious...but adequate for 4. The kitchen is well equipped. Just bring food. The bathroom was great. Wonderful tub/shower with lots of hot water. Oversize plush towels too. Master bedroom has a great king bed & was very comfortable. Nice to hang out in a very quiet location and enjoy the harbor, the trees, and the charm of Harbor Springs. Our teenage girls really enjoyed the media options including wifi, movies, music videos etc. Thank you Pam & family!

This rental was just what we needed! It was a cozy, perfect space to come back to after long days on the slopes. And, it was a short drive to our new favorite dining and sledding spot- Pond Hill Farm. The rental was exceptionally clean, with great towels and linens. The view was amazing. My family would highly recommend this place!

The Comer's have a very lovely small apartment above their garage. It is filled with character from the decorations to the provided coffee beans and grinder, to the luxurious bath towels provided. The kitchen isn't filled with leftover utensils - everything is top notch and provided as part of the overall experience of being there. We positively loved our stay. Thank you!!

The Boat House is exactly as described. We've stayed at several other rentals in Harbor Springs...all of which pale in comparison to this property. Though the weather kept us from enjoying the deck and beach during our stay, the interior space in The Boat House provided a cozy respite from the rain. We're already planning a return trip!

The Boat House is perfect for two people or a small family. We stayed in early May before the summer season officially started and it was SO quiet and peaceful. The place is fully equipped with everything anyone could need and was tasteful and clean and cozy and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there agaain.

Cozy accommodation with beautiful views of the bay. The boathouse was a great location for skiing at Nubs Nob and Highlands. It’s also close to downtown Harbor Springs. We walked the snowy beach right out the front door and enjoyed skiing only 20 minutes away. The boathouse is fully stocked and was very clean and tidy. We highly recommend staying for your next Northern adventure.
