“Friendly Service with quality a good atitude. Needs improvement in room service protocols like sending a tea in a paper cup with tea bag inside ( as if room service should be like take away to go out) or forgetting to send salt and pepper in tray when you order scrambled eggs. They don’t have the individual portion. Air purifier in room is too noisy. So is the little fridge. Location and building are beautiful. ”

“KINN Studios’ location is stellar for visiting Singapore and for enjoying the beauty of its Chinatown. Walking distance to public transport and 25min cab to SIN Changi Airport. The neighborhood is very charming with lots of cafes, traditional houses and cool temples. The reception and KINN studios staff are simply exceptional. They are very welcoming and sweet. Rooms are nice and tidy, but they’re quite small, so better pack lightly to not overcrowd the room. They are not soundproof too...

“da un 5 stelle non ti aspetti di trovare la sala colazione con poltrone e sedie molto sporche. ok pensare al design ma comodità e possibilità di pulizia credo debbano venire prima. anche i materassini dei gazebo della piscina decisamente sporchi. aria condizionata troppo alta nelle zone comuni e nella sala colazione molto fastidiosa. cibo della colazione di qualità e vario. camera pulita anche se spesso alle 15 del pomeriggio la camera non era ancora fatta. piscina con vita eccezionale e zona...

“Voti troppo alti per questo hotel che presenta diverse pecche. Insonorizzazione inesistente quindi non puoi dormire fino a mezzanotte a causa dei locali posizionati nei dintorni che sparano musica a tutto volume. Niente asciugamani piccoli per pulirsi le mani. Niente sapone sul lavandino. Tra le cose buone la poaizione”

“Incredible hotel in the heart of Sentosa. Food at all restaurants surpassed expectation with the exception of breakfast which lacked ambience and service. Rooms are well appointed, modern with exceptional bedding. Missing some ammenities and service but i would expect this is due to the villa style of villa rooms. ”
