“This is the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed in. The first room stunk of fecal matter and the lock didn’t work so we had to change rooms. The second room was filthy. The sink was full of multiple hairs both long and from someone shaving, the smell was awful, there was a pigeon nest on the window sill and they made noise all night. There was a wad of caulking the size of a softball near the tub that they tried to hide with the garbage bin. The floors left my socks brown from the dirt....

“Hotel states on website that they have A/C. Arrive and find out that sign on unit in room that states”unit has been decommissioned for winter months”. This was weekend of April 17-19, 2026. I never book a hotel that doesn’t have A/C summer or winter time. We were not impressed that floor entrance to room was quite dirty and had tape keeping carpet together. Bathroom outdated and dirty. “Clinton Pond B&B was a lovely place to stay and use as a home base for biking, hiking and beach hopping. The house is beautiful, and immaculately clean. The covered deck is especially beautiful, and a great place to take your coffee, or an end of the day drink.
