Half the building was cold the pool was not open as being renovated the gym also not open or the sauna . The room was so small should have been a single . The 2 staff we saw was lovely and very kind . The place didn’t look ready for any guests . We ended up going home .”

“Hotel itself is tired and quite run down, needs a large scale renovation. Room was clean but as with wider hotel is very dated. Hotel breakfast was poor. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Easy and free parking was a good benefit. Easy to access location wise. ”

“The staff were lovely. The room had some issues. The lighting was poor especially the communal corridor. Couldnt see to insert the door key. No facial tissues. The dressing table was unstable and wobbled. Breakfast was excellent, dinner not so. My main portion was paltry. A discount of £2.40 was offered as compensation, not enough. There was a horrid smell of old refuse and greasy food in the communal corridors. The views and location were exceptional. The staff were helpful and lovely. Not the...
