“L'hotel è morto buono e piacevole. Peccato che delle 18 la reception chiude ed è attiva un servizio automatico. A me è successo di aver dimenticato la chiave in camera e non è stato semplice risolvere il problema, ho dovuto telefonare e farmi spiegare come funzionava il self checkin”

“I have been in this hotel already multiple times. It is really close to the city center and has direct access to the Goldschmieding Park. The breakfast is in the old Goldschmieding castle. Over the last years the added more vegan breakfast options. The stuff is super helpful if you have food allergies.

“We had a most enjoyable stay. We booked it last minute after a long drive from North of Sweden to the UK. The hotel was exactly what we needed. Very relaxing, clean, excellent food and beer options, dog friendly, free parking.
All staff we have interacted with were extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. Would highly recommend and will most certainly stay there again on our next trip to Sweden.”
“Good accommodation, ideal for people who settle for a room/Hotel without big pretension. The place is far from the city of Dortmund (20 min with train but the station is 5 min on walk). In the room i found only one blanket and you can connect only one device to wi-fi. The bed and pillow were super comfortable and there were enough place to hang my clothes. No fridge in the room. Bathroom and shower were fine with everything i needed. Hotel staff friendly and helpful”

“Insgesamt guter neuer Zustand. Speziell in meinem Zimmer 314 ständiger kloakiger Geruch aus dem Waschbecken, der sich auch durch häufiges Spülen mit Wasser nicht verringern ließ. Das war furchtbar.”

"Young girl in Reception was very busy for self, but not with customers. It was my first and last time in this hotel! Attitude of staff was not correct."
"Camera pulita e tranquilla, ottimi materassi e cuscini! Per arrivare alla piscina bisogna attraversare il bar del albergo.

"Quando l'ho prenotato pensavo la posizione fosse più centrale, ma devo dire che è parecchio distante da ogni cosa. La struttura è ben tenuta, le camere sono ampie e comode con minibar (senza nulla dentro) e cassa forte. Il bar è pulito ma nulla come set se non i dispenser per il sapome. Pochi 2 asciugamani. Se non viene richiesto esplicitamente , la camera non viene rifatta. La colazione è nell'albergo di fronte non è un granché, anche se ha un po' di salato e un po' di dolce. Cappuccio dalla macchinetta automatica quasi imbevibile.
Il personale è a disposizione anche se non è il massimo dell'empatia. "
