The space
Harmony Hill is comprised of 3 structures: a main house, a guest cottage and a gym that is attached to the garage. The Main House has radiant heated concrete floors with a Restoration Hardware aesthetic. It has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and 12-16 foot ceilings that offer a lot of natural light. There is a beautiful open kitchen and family room that leads into the formal living area and dining space that features a modern farmhouse table that seats 8 people. The primary suite has a king bed with large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower (no tub). The second bedroom in the main house has a queen bed with en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower (no tub). Sip a cup of tea or glass of wine while you take in the stunning sunsets and hear the birds chirping from the back patio.

The Guest Cottage has a full kitchen with electric stove, an oven, refrigerator and its own Keurig coffee maker. The Cottage is open and inviting with a living room, small dining table and screened porch for relaxing and taking in the views. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the secondary bedroom has twin over twin bunk beds. There is one bathroom in the guest cottage which has a shower.

The Gym/Yoga/Meditation Space is attached to the 3-car garage and features an Enlighten Infrared Sauna, a Peloton Bike and free weights. This space is large, open and airy with floor to ceiling windows to capture the views which are sure to provide an amazing setting for your workout and detoxification.
