“Uncomfortable room with bad smell ”

“you have to check in before 10pm or they will cancel your reservation. It doesn’t say this on the site when booking. Also, there isn’t a phone number to call for the front desk to get ahold of anyone at the motel. The number sends you to a call center not located on site. ”

“Parking safe and easy. Bath tub wasn’t clean. Breakfast was okay. Room was clean. ”

“It is not the Taj Mahal then it doesn’t pretend to be. Bed is comfortable. I can say it’s a cabin in the field. The bridge over the creek coming in could use some type of guard rail.”

“Pool was outdoors and not open for season. Outdoor area closed for private event. Staff was polite no complaints. Did have to ask for our complimentary cookie though. lol. Shower floor was very worn and looked dingy. Bathroom needed updates. But beds were comfy and overall room and public areas were clean. ”

“The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke. They gave us room with a queen bed instead of a king like we paid for. There was a paper sign on the pool door stating the pool was closed. The lights were on , the pool pump was running, we were able to open the door. The lady behind the desk did not know anything about the pool closure. I'm getting sick of motels not issuing partial refunds when they cannot deliver what they advertise. Breakfast was ok. ”
