“the shower drain was clogged, mentioned to the front desk on Friday at 3pm they said ticket is open and someone will fix today At 8pm came back to the hotel and the issue was not fixed, I asked the front desk and I was told the maintenance was left and they will come fix Saturday morning , we checked out on Sunday and no one has came to fix it When checking out the front desk asked if the stay was good ! We mentioned the issue and he said I’m sorry you guys have a good day!!! I was not sure...
