“This property has no place to put things, very minimal kitchen equipment, no lamps, no comfy chair, no TV instructions, no bedding for extra beds. Very clean but challenging to actually stay there. Outside box with key very difficult to access, broke two nails trying.”

“We’re really going to miss this fabulous apartment in magical Boothbay Harbor. It’s very nicely appointed, and so comfortable and peaceful. Do not shy away from the property because it is below the owners’ vacation home. It’s super-well insulated and you wouldn’t know anyone was living above you. Even more important, having the owners there was a bonus. They went out of their way to help us have a fabulous holiday. Having the dock and the kayaks were also big pluses. We’ll definitely be back!”

“The property was very homey feeling and reasonably priced but for as many units there are, parking was insufficient. It’s definitely if you get a spot don’t go anywhere because you might not have a spot when you come back. Getting to the beach by vehicle and using gps took longer than getting back and that was surprising. Overall, loved the area. If you’re familiar with living in apartments, then you will understand you can hear all the footsteps of the person above you. We traveled with our...

“We were staying here for the sake of being able to see a show at Good Theater. The theater itself ended up being within walking distance, and same for a few different places to eat! This worked out great for our plans :)”

“My wife and I really enjoyed this cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood with easy walking access to willard beach, and local ice cream and bread shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!”
