“The place felt tired, new door locks had been installed, often crooked, and the doors not repainted, the elevator by the front desk wasn't working so it was a long walk to the end of the hallway and then a long walk back to get to room 306. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.”

“The room itself was OK, but I was just looking for a place to rest my head and wasn’t expecting the Four Seasons. The issue was the noise. At first, it seemed like maybe a family with kids was upstairs and making noise. It happens. Quieted down a bit around 10 pm. Then I was woken up around 2 am by what sounded like a wrestling match and I honestly thought someone would fall through the ceiling! “I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! There were no lights in the parking lot. It was dark and sketchy, and some of the hallways also lacked lighting—clearly, security did not appear to be a priority. Upon entering the rooms, we could immediately see stains on the floors and bedding of several beds. As a result, we began contacting nearby hotels right away, but unfortunately, all were fully booked for the weekend, so we ended up purchasing new bedding at Walmart. The bathroom, it's just as bad--looked like...

“Rooms were very clean and comfortable, thankfully the staff saved some of my items that were left behind and kept them at front desk for my pick up.”

“The duvet/comforter was dirty, asked for a replacement, he did know what it was and gave us another blanket which had small holes. The bed was very uncomfortable. The fan in the bathroom was so loud. My comment about the breakfast area is that it was very small and cramped, the 4 chairs to each table, chairs we too big for the tables. Very disappointed as I we had 4 rooms reserved, one of our guess were put in room 110, which is between the outside door, the inside door, stairway and the only...

“Very small bathroom for an extended stay hotel. Back door would not work with key card so staff said to use a rock to prop the door open. Needed more lighting in the back parking lot. Only had 1 working dryer in the guest laundry and it did not dry well. Overall it was a good hotel and would stay again if in that area though.”

“Very clean, nice hotel. Beautiful fire pit at night. Restaurant was very good and not too expensive. We will definitely stay again when in Joliet visiting family.”

“The check in process was painfully long. During our stay when staff assistance was needed they were not the most pleasant or efficient. The room was clean but the shower pressure was extremely low and the toilets flushed very slow. The check out process was not quick either. The breakfast selection was good though.”

“Overall was good , I just didn’t like the smell of humidity in the first floor (were I stayed smell really strong like mold and humidity mix with cleaning products, really hard to sleep with that odor .”
