“We were checked into a dirty room. Most of the floor had open latches and dirty rooms at 3:00 in the afternoon. We were then given another room that smelt like smoke, was not that clean. Had a cigarette burn in the sofa, a punched out screen like someone was just smoking in there. Breakfast was the same every day, a waffle machine, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal to make, or a few pastry bread items. Coffee was poor. We booked a queen bed, but seemed very small for my husband and me. “If you want to stay at a place where it's all under one big roof, this experience is perfect for that. As non-gamblers we still really enjoyed the grandure of this place. Our room on the 20th floor was stunning with a great view. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed in the newest tower, the Cherokee tower. Fanstastic stay.”

“Arriving on a Thursday late afternoon no one was available to help us check in. We waited in the parking lot for about 30 minutes. (The lobby door was locked.) After calling the phone number that was posted on the window several times (with no answer) we decided to ask the employees next door if they knew if anyone was working at the Days Inn lobby and we found the Hotel lobby staff at the smoke shop next door. After checking in to our room we noticed the lock on the hotel room door was...

“2nd time staying and would stay again. Loved the creek side. And basically loved the villa the only thing that we experienced was the shower and sink stopped up but the maintenance man came and fixed it emitely. The front is a teepee that would look awesome if it was painted.The grounds were well maintained had fire pit and grills picnic tables a very peaceful place. The staff is great.”
