“Very nice, clean and great staff”

“We were put in Building B where there is no elevator. It’s one set of steps but with knee issues. They were willing to give me a smaller room bed in Building A which had an elevator. ”

“The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The tv kept having pixelization issues but outside of that I enjoyed my stayed.”

“I had an accessible room. I’m sorry to say I was very disappointed in the height of the toilet. It is not adequate for someone who is handicap and has a hard time rising from the toilet seat. The shades on the window did not work. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. ”

“My bed comforter had blood stains on it, I took a picture to send to comfort suites. The pool did not have any towels and staff said that they didn't have enough towels for rooms. There was constant noise and someone was screaming on the phone somwhere on the grounds ”

“Rooms were clean and stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area could be stocked better and the deck was very slippery, not the right tiles for it. ”

“Location of School 31 is convenient to many local activities. The re-use of the building is wonderful. Decor is fun and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again. It was a little quirky with the bathroom area being open to the rest of the room. Our room was on the road-side of the building and there was some traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable and room temperature controls were easy to use.”
