“We were not advised that the property was currently undergoing renovations. Getting to your room or other areas of the hotel was extremely inconvenient. We had to catch the elevator to the third floor and then walk down the back stairs in order to reach our room located on the first floor. There was no parking in the area where our room was located because there was building materials and debris everywhere. ”

“The room was clean. I booked it for the indoor pool but when I got there it was down for maintenance. That was never told to me
When I booked, not when I called to make sure they had an indoor pool nor was it on the website. When I called for extra blankets I was told to come down and get a set. I booked a studio room so I feel extra blankets should have already been in the room. The hotel seemed short staff as it was long wait times at the counter whenever we tried to check in, check out or ask...
