Your Rustic Riverfront Retreat was built complete with wood shiplap accent walls and expansive river views.  Not only stylish but practical for groups and feels like two apartments in one with separate entrances, two full bathrooms, two washers/dryers a full kitchen on one side and a kitchenette on the other. The front side has a queen size bed and queen size sofa bed. The back side has a custom built, bespoke full size Murphy bed with Shiplap accents. The custom light fixtures and rustic details will blend in with the best river sunsets in Harrisburg all from your living room!

Guests are required to fill out online/digital registration form, submit a picture of a government ID and digitally sign a Rental Agreement 7 days before check-in or immediately after booking if less than 7 days before check-in. This is required to verify guest identity and gain agreement on rental terms. Guest information is deleted after check-out.

Please take your shoes off inside the apartment and pets must have toenails clipped neatly

Pets and Emotional Support Animals require permission from host and payment of pet fee starting at $30/night for one pet/ESA

Service animals are allowed for free but must be with guest at all times and please answer the following question for host: Do you require this service animal due to a disability? What work or tasks has the service animal been trained to perform?

Visitors and extra guests not included in the reservation are not allowed inside the building without host's permission and will be asked to leave the property and/or will be subject to extra guest fee of $40 per guest per night over two.

You have only one unassigned parking space in the building parking lot

Smoking cigarettes, pot or vaping inside the apartment is prohibited and you will be asked to leave if you violate it
