Great location! Enjoyed walking by the river each morning and to a baseball game at City Island. Knead was a fabulous pizza place nearby! Easy access to freeway. Parking was convenient. Jonathan was an excellent host. Instructions were very clear and the pictures were helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We took the smaller Murphy bed room so we would be able to use the kitchen in the morning and not wake the teen before noon. lol. Would have been nice to have more comfortable seating in that room and maybe a small table for eating. As is normal for apartment dwelling, the noise of the tenant above us on the third floor was kind of bothersome late at night or early in the morning. We were on the second floor. Had access from front steps and fire escape. Fine for us but not a good option for someone with mobility issues.
