Overall I don't want to complain about the property too much. It was perfectly fine for a couple of nights. Neighborhood was a nice Blended community and it was very accessible to restaurants and river walking path. We had to be a little creative with parking but there was usually overnight street parking available. Our only complaints were the bed mattress was very uncomfortable, there should be blinds on the bathroom window because it's visible to other residences, and the shower nozzle did not have an off position. You had to find just the right place to shut the water off. Again, it was nice otherwise. The main thing was the mattress

Located in an up & coming part of town - so know that not everything is going to look the same or feel the same. Parking can be a block or two away. Place is nice - but small, really only works for 1 person. Wish it had a few more niceties - bath mat for shower, decent hooks in bath, rug for bed, blanket/throw.

The spot is really nice for a solo/couples trip. It’s walking distance from great restaurants, the farmers market and museum. Staying here you won’t need to get a car if you plan on hanging out in the downtown area. The unit was clean upon arrival and the check in process was very easy and smooth, I’m definitely going to be staying here again in the future. Very glad I booked!

Small Studio Great for Short Stay

We stayed at this VRBO for one month after we were laid off and had our lease end at the same time so we could job hunt and apartment hunt. This apartment is very small, even for a studio, but it has everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities!I definitely would not recommend it for a month or longer, though. The Murphy bed has a thin, rollable mattress so it can be stowed away when not in use. We brought a mattress topper which made it more comfortable, but overall I would recommend staying here for a week or two max. Parking was a bit of a struggle, as to be expected in Midtown. There is free parking during most hours of the day, but sometimes we had to move our car two or three blocks away to avoid a ticket. It's not a huge deal, and being able to walk places made that downside a lot more manageable. Highly recommend our host for their quick and friendly communication. He was always reachable and helped solve any issues that arose.
