“This stay was better than my last only issue i had was the amenities were lacking, usually they supply little soap shampoo conditioner like most hotels but this time there wasnt which isnt a big deal but my one gripe is that they only gave me half a roll of toilet paper, the place is nice but for the price id expect alittle more attention to detail, i loved staying here in the past but as of now i dont know if ill come back, which is very unfortunate maybe ill try again in a year or so”

“This was advertised as "rustic" but was actually beyond rough. Dirty and in disrepair. Unsafe and unsanitary. Missing smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. Dust and grime built up in the vents and windowsills. Black mold on the walls and ceilings. Messaged with the host ahead of time and was mislead on the state of this accomodation. Found it was totally uninhabitable. Took photos and reported to VRBO and was fully refunded by the platform based on those pics alone. ”

“We we're impressed by the amenities and cleanliness of our cabin. We had a lovely view of Houghton lake from the cabin. Very rustic log cabin feeling you'd expect and love. Heater in the living room also kept the place cozy and extra blankets are provided. we hope to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor activities they offer.”
