“Stayed at the Perch for a long Holiday weekend. The area is mostly quiet. Jeannie the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house was clean and well supplied. We did not have contact with the local care keeper, a couple messages were not returned. Perch lake is a very small lake, a pontoon ride around the lake would take 30 min. or less. “I WISH THIS WAS MY LAKE HOUSE!It's the perfect combination of "getting away from everything in the north woods" and "access to modern convenience."This cabin is NOT roughing it. “The cottage is in a great location, check in and parking is easy. The listing said it had a laundry (washer/dryer) it does not. The host was great and organized a pick-up and drop-off for laundry service to make up for the lack of onsite laundry, they were very professional and easy to communicate with.
