“The point of this place is obviously the hot spring pools, which are wonderful. And the staff is great. The resort itself is run-down from heavy use and needs a good cleaning and a major refresh. It's a historic building, yes, but it does need to be kept up. For the price I paid, I'd like a mattress that isn't hard and old.”

“The staff was great, very helpful, and the hotel feels nice and new. Everything was clean. The shower was great and the bed was comfy, although a little soft for personal preference.
Everything was great, just some little things that were a little lame. The TV was stuck on store demo mode. We only had it for background noise in the morning, so not a big deal, but strange. The fridge didn't seem to get very cold, and it made a shrill hum whenever the motor kicked in. We eventually just turned...
