“My only complaints are small. I was told it was a heated pool but it was freezing. Breakfast was out for a while and all the food was dry and not pleasant to eat. But better than many other hotels. Other than that an above average experience.”

“First room we checked into had dead bugs all over the floor, something rotting behind one of the headboards, and remnants of animal fecies next to the other bed. We were able to get another room that at least smelled better. We booked a “no smoking” room yet there were burn holes galore. The staff seemed like they didn’t even want guests, seriously lacking in the customer service aspect considering they run the place. “Rented the Presidential Suite since it was claimed as the best room in Branson. No its not. I've stayed at much nicer places for half the $$. Yes, in Branson. I understand they were going for a Tuscan romantic vibe. The furniture was old, the bed looked like a haystack stuffed in a sack. The saving grace was the ornate bathroom, which was very luxurious. The multi head shower did not work. The view from the tenth floor looking over table rock lake was very nice. There was not a full kitchenette...
