Other Things to Note:

✔ Guest Check-In Form & ID

A guest check-in form will be sent shortly after booking and must be completed within 48 hours to confirm your reservation. A valid government-issued ID is required for the primary guest.



🚗 Driveway, Parking & Boats

Our driveway is fairly steep, and all wheel drive/4-wheel drive is required for safe access to the home.

Parking for up to 3 vehicles is available on-site. For guests with 2-wheel drive vehicles, there is additional parking located at the top of the driveway and the opposite side of the roadway.



We also provide boat trailer parking on the opposite side of the road.

If you plan to bring a boat, you must notify us prior to arrival so we can assist with launch and dock arrangements.



🔥 Fire Safety

A Solo Stove fire pit is provided for your use. Please note that firewood at the property is for display only and not available for guest use. Guests are welcome to bring their own firewood for lakeside gatherings.

Always ensure fires are fully extinguished before leaving the area unattended.



🔇 Quiet Hours

Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to maintain the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood.



👥 Visitors & Guest Policy

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. If you wish to request approval for visitors, please contact us in advance. Unauthorized visitors or unregistered guests may result in cancellation without refund in accordance with our house rules.
