“This is a beautiful location. We stayed in one of the Suites and while i give a 5/5 for cleanliness and the overall grounds I have to say I was disappointed by a few things. We were on a bottom floor suite with people above us who lef their dog in the room early in the morning and it howled and howled waking us up. While this isn't a hotel issue i did text asking if the owners could be contacted to come back and get their dog. At the same time I asked if it was possible to get some extra towels....

“Nice facilities. The dinner and band at the restaurant on sight were very good. Top notch service.
The check-in was crowded and slow.
The pool was way too busy. Also, people did not follow the rules about adult only areas, and the staff did not do anything about it.
Lastly, the pool bar was closed, even though the pool area was busy.”
