“This is one of our favorite hotels in Mackinaw City over the past 20 years. The staff has always gone all out to help us with our reservations. This year was no exception due to my mistake in making the reservation I intended to stay two nights but I showed up the day before the first day by mistake. I was able to add the night I arrived after working with the desk staff and Expedia so we were able to stay the two nights we needed.”
