“This is the review I offered in April when we stayed at this property & requested same room... NOTHING CHANGED...!!!! ======== We stay at this property couple times every 9 months or so... Sadly this trip was somewhat of a let-down (again) for us even after property upgrades of resent times... Simple repairable-fixable things were not maintained since last stay, same room.. Alarm clock didn't work (SAME),the standing room lamp didn't work, bathroom electrical outlet 1/2 plug didn't work(SAME),...

“De bedden waren comfortabel. Dat is eigenlijk het enige positieve wat we kunnen noemen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door een Duitse dame, maar daar hield de klantvriendelijk helaas meteen op. De rest van het personeel is ongeïnteresseerd en er kan geen glimlach van af. Best wel beschamend als je met grote letters op de muren en grond zet dat je doel is je gasten blij te maken. Op de kamer kwamen we er snel achter dat de wc bleef doorspoelen. Er werd een monteur gestuurd die binnen 2...

“Hotel is nice and clean. Only BIG problem: I had wake-up call ordered at 3.30 bcs early morning flight… they forgot! Obviously I had also alarm on my phone, otherwise I had lost the flight. Completely unprofessional. ”
