Spacious, well appointed, in Harrogate and on the edge of the Dales

Wonderfully located, traditional Harrogate terrace, with great access to some of the best sites and locations in Yorkshire. This spacious house offers a sociable open plan kitchen/diner and living space. There are 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms and a snug with a TV, which is a perfect retreat for the kids - perhaps bring and plug in their games console. There is space for two cars at the back of the house and great access to public transport right in front of the house. A log burner and underfloor heating will ensure that you are cosy in the winter months.

Review
The property is fairly spacious but is on 3 levels plus 10 stairs to initially get to the door. So is not at all disabled friendly. Their is no banister on the first rise of stairs within the house and no stair gate. The toilet in the en suite was not fully working (the cistern was not always filling up to be able to flush) we were advised of this the day before we arrived, and told a Plumber would be sorting it in the next few weeks! Which would obviously not help us! Apart from the above we had a good stay.

Just as good as last year!
We were a group of six adults, staying at Rick and Jenny's house for the second time while we attended the Elim Leaders' Conference in the convention centre. The house is a healthy one-mile walk from the centre, and on a bus route for the less able. It was absolutely spotless, very well equipped, and the beds were comfortable.Ideal for us! Jenny replied really quickly to my messages and was very helpful; good directions for getting to the house, useful information for during our stay. We are so sad that the house is not available for this time next year, but we all wish them well for the future.

Lovely Spot in Harrogate
We truly enjoyed our stay here. It’s a lovely place. The owners were quick to respond and made sure we had a wonderful time. I definitely recommend it.

2 night stay
We were in Harrogate for a family funeral and 7 of us stayed at the house. It was well equipped and had the most comfortable beds of any holiday house we've stayed in previously. The house comfortably accomodated 4 adults, 2 teens and an 8 year old. We had a few hiccups on arrival but Rick was quick to rectify and help us sort things out. We would highly recommend this property for a stay in Harrogate.

Lovely Stay
House was perfect for 2 families for a short stay. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped and felt bright and fresh. Having the snug for the kids was great too as somewhere they could play and watch TV. Only suggestion would be to have the drive resurfaced, we did struggle to get on even reversing! Thank you.

Friends from different areas of the country, we decided Harrogate was a good mid point. The house offered us everything we needed - even a little snug for the twelve year old to socialise online with her friends 😄 Clean and clutterless property in a good location

Short 2 night break
Stayed here whilst visiting family for a birthday celebration. House was very clean and had all we needed for our short stay. Beds were comfortable. A different kitchen bin would be beneficial and maybe a gate at the top of the decking.
