On the positive side, the staff I did interact with were friendly and polite, which I appreciated. However, the condition of the hotel itself did not meet expectations. “Everytime I check in they change the amount. The webpage for this place doesn't say a pet fee, which they pick and choose what rate they want for each customer. I specify a room because of sleep issues and they say ok only to find out someone else has the room. I excuses for everything. Now they are expecting me to vacuum everyday because of my pet. They do a horrible job of cleaning and keeping things updated but I have to vacuum. I clean everything before I leave because respect others people...

“The breakfast is breakfast. It's eggs and Sausage and danishes with juice and milk that the same meals in all hotels. I didn't eat it but it looked and smelled good. I ate cereal and milk. My room was spotless when I got it. Nothing bad to grade on. ”
