“The night I checked in the room was not ready and the bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, toilet paper holder was not even there. Therefore, the next my wife and I had to move to another room, and when we were in, tv was not working, no room service and table lamp neither. And the white thin towels we had on the first night were never replaced with the clean ones; we were forced to use them over and over for the four nights stay. Overall, it was a very bad experience in travel hotel staying...

“We stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Dover while attending a family event, and the location was very convenient. The staff was courteous and professional, and the bed was comfortable. However, the property felt dated and in need of upgrades. Our room had a musty smell, peeling paint on the bathroom door, and the showerhead and faucet showed signs of mildew and calcification. We ended up using Febreze and wiping down high-touch areas with Lysol wipes to feel more comfortable. Overall,...
