Open floor plan with beautiful lake view. 3Br/2Ba plus kids room with full bed. Sleeps 8. Large master bedroom with King bed. Located in one of Hartwell's finest neighborhoods. Perfect for walking or biking. Easy access to lake. Covered Dock with kayaks provided. Covered back porch overlooking lake and firepit area. Large backyard with plenty of room for kids to play! Cornhole and board games available. 5 minute drive to downtown restaurants, bars and shopping. Hartwell Marina and Boathouse grill is in sight of the dock. Perfect for family getaways!! No pet policy. Host lives in neighborhood so will always be available if needed.

Everything we could have hoped for!

The property was exactly what we were looking for to kick off our summer! We loved the proximity of the lake to the house. It was just a little walk down a gentle slope, which was perfect for my parents who are starting to have a harder time getting around. The home was stocked well with all the comforts of home. Communication with the property owner was excellent and she helped answer all the questions I had prior to the stay.We truly enjoyed our time at this lake house and we are hoping to repeat the trip next summer!

Family vacation

We have been going to Lake Hartwell for family vacation for about 5 years. This year we decided to stay somewhere new and we are so glad we did. This home was very family friendly with a yard that our grandson could play in. We loved that it was all one level and had a 2 car garage with plenty of parking. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we could have needed and more. We enjoyed our stay and we look forward to going back.

Great place!

We had a great time! The house is so well-stocked! Everything you might need is there. We stayed in and cooked and grilled and had everything we needed. We loved having the kayaks to use on the lake. The lakeview is beautiful and the neighborhood is so nice and quiet. We also made use of the cornhole and dartboard in the garage.We hope to return!

Pleasant place to stay when away!

Very clean and pleasant place that is family friendly!Not fancy, but nice and has all the things you need and want! Labor Day Get-A-Way

Trip was a success getting young adult children to hang out with parents. Property worked out great and we used the boat dock and jet ski sleds for keeping watercraft in the water all weekend. No issues at all and would come back again.

Great location and home . We would have liked another TV in the bedroom . we went ahead and purchased one while we were there and can now use in a spare bedroom we have here. Overall the home was very confrontable and we would have no problem staying there again

Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. When we weren’t fishing we enjoyed swimming at the dock, making s'more's, and hanging out on the back porch. The neighborhood is great for an evening or early morning walk and the host was so attentive. We hope to be back again!

Home Away from Home

Our family loved our stay at this relaxing home. House is close to Marina, so renting a boat for the day was easy. Kayaks available for a peaceful paddle around the area. Beds were extremely comfortable. Owners were very responsive & helpful (mailed me some belongings I left behind). Would definitely stay again!

Great Location, Peaceful Stay!

Our family of four was looking for somewhere near/on the water to unplug and unwind for a few days and this property was a great match. It's in a quiet neighborhood (but still near grocery stores and downtown Hartwell's quaint shops and restaurants) with a private dock and best of all, it's right across from Hartwell Marina. We rented a boat, drove a few minutes to the marina to pick it up, and then my husband and kids drove the boat back across the lake to the dock, which was also only a few minutes. It was really convenient. The house was equipped with all the comforts of home plus some extra amenities we didn't expect to find, the beds were comfortable, and the host is very accommodating and responsive. We all enjoyed our stay!

Great house & location!

Our son got married at Cateechee this weekend - this house was the perfect size and location for him & his groomsmen. The rest of our family stayed just down the road and it was so convenient being close to each other, Hartwell, and the club for several days of wedding events. Thank you!
