This place is amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer. It is secluded, yet close to town with expansive acreage, gorgeous views, a pond, fire pit and games. The house itself is expansive, and has a great layout. We enjoyed it immensely.

The house was very good for us. We had 3 different families staying there and it was a good set up. I wish we had known the actually lay-out before hand so we could know if each family had a bathroom in a room. Other than that, it was great. Beautiful scenery at the house.

We recently enjoyed a week in this terrific property. It’s secluded, yet conveniently located to the Hall of Fame and other attractions. We especially appreciated how clean and well-equipped it was. We spent much of our time on the rear deck enjoying the spectacular view (and even spotted a distant town's fireworks display on July 4th).

Cooperstown Dream

Parents of boys playing baseball for the week at Cooperstown stayed here, the proximity to the park allowed us to get to all the games while giving us some time away to relax and enjoy the amazing property.

Cooperstown dream park

Beautiful setting, tucked away on a wooded hillside. A quick trip to the Dreams park, Cooperstown, and lots of fun places to enjoy food and drink. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Lots of space for the 7 of us to spread out.A great getaway!!!!!

Wonderful winter getaway

This house is on a beautiful property near Cooperstown. We stayed here in February when there was a ton of snow on the ground and a lot more falling from the sky. The house was cozy. The point of contact for the house was very responsive to any questions we had. It was a great place to bring our kids and spend time in the snow!

Peaceful sunsets!

The whole family of 10 ( including a newborn) had a wonderful time at this house. Plenty of room for outdoor games, family breakfasts, sitting on the decks watching the sun go down. Beds comfy, kitchen well equipped and easy drive to Cooperstown… overall, a great property.

Cooperstown Stay

What a great place and location. Just over ten min from our tournament and just over ten minutes into town. Had a blast fishing, relaxing by the fire pit and enjoyed watching the wildlife from the back porch.

A Home Run!

Eagles Lookout was the perfect property for our recent family trip. Close to Dreams Park for our cousin’s baseball games, but remote enough to feel like we had nature all to ourselves. The cabin was exactly what we would have hoped for, and the pond, the fire pit, and the amazing panoramic views were wonderful amenities for everyone to enjoy. The property manager was easy to communicate with through booking to check-out, and we’ll definitely look to rebook this one-of-a-kind property in the future.

Perfect Cooperstown Allstar Village Stay

The property is perfect for a 2-3 family stay only 22-24 minutes from All Star Village. It is a fantastic retreat to get away from the busy baseball scene when you want to grill on the porch and catch bass, panfish and rainbow trout. We did catch one trout so yes they are in there! The home is spacious and everything was in good working order. The views were spectacular! Nothing bad to say about the property.

Nice house, great property, fun for the kids with the game room, I do wish the top Floor had some sort of window coverings as it got bright in there super early, but other than that was a10-15 min drive from dreams parks and a gorgeous property

Perfect house for NYE!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The property is breathtaking and the house is beautiful! The house is clean and rooms are just the right size. Our kids absolutely loved the loft with their four little beds and private hang out area. It is so cozy, we took daily walks on the property. It felt like a breath of fresh air. We had some questions on the use of the fire place and the manager was able to come by and help quickly without a problem. The fire pit outside was so wonderful for making s’mores! We enjoyed our stay very much!

wonderful stay during baseball tourney

The house was perfect for 7 Dads staying while kids were playing baseball. Very clean and huge. Plenty of decks and areas to hang outside. The pond was a big hit for all and overall the property was perfect. We had a small issue with the stove not working and was corrected very quickly.

Beautiful, peaceful and room enough for all of us.

Easy to find. Check in was super simple. Manager responded rapidly and very helpful. Will stay here again. Great pet property. Our lab had the most fun, swimming and running everywhere.
