Perched high in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, SKY RIDGE PEAKS offers a serene alpine escape where crisp mountain air, snow-capped peaks & modern comforts meet. This stylish two-bedroom suite, perfectly located at Banff National Park’s entrance, is your ideal basecamp for hiking, skiing & wildlife spotting. After adventure, unwind under the star lite skies in the complex hot tub ( shared) with panoramic mountain views. SKY RIDGE PEAKS—where mountain memories are made.


PARKING
Parking stall is located in a surface lot within the complex. Parking is assigned; refer to your welcome message for parking stall.

LIVING
After a day of mountain adventures, unwind in the comfort of the open-concept living space. Thoughtfully designed for connection and relaxation, it's the perfect place to gather—whether you're catching up with family, curling up with a good book, or settling in for a streaming marathon. The Smart TV makes it easy to log into your favourite apps, so you can enjoy cozy movie nights or slow mornings with your latest series.

KITCHEN
Gather around the spacious kitchen island—the heart of the home, perfect for meal prep, conversation, and quality time. This fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, from cookware and utensils to pantry staples, making it easy to create anything from quick breakfasts to hearty family dinners. Thoughtfully stocked and designed with connection in mind, the kitchen invites you to cook, share stories, and reconnect.

DINING
Just steps from the kitchen, the dining area offers a warm and welcoming space to come together. Whether it’s a quick breakfast before hitting the trails, a home-cooked dinner, or a lively family game night, the table comfortably seats the whole crew. SLEEPING
Retreat upstairs to two thoughtfully designed bedrooms that offer both peace and privacy. Downstairs, the open-concept living area provides additional space with a double-size pull-out sofa bed, great for larger families or extra guests. Upstairs, rejuvenate & refresh in one of two full 4-piece bathrooms, each thoughtfully designed with both a bathtub & shower to accommodate everyone’s needs. On the main level, a convenient half bath (powder room) adds extra ease for families or larger groups. Plush towels & a curated selection of toiletries—including shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash—are provided to ensure you feel pampered throughout your stay.

LAUNDRY
Quality full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located right within the suite, making it easy to refresh your wardrobe during longer stays. Complimentary laundry detergent provided, so you can pack light and travel with ease.

CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE
*100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. (Less credit card processing fee. See details below).
* 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.

* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe's processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe's refund policy.
