“Location, location, location - cottage is located a few steps from a beach with views of the water (tidal inlet, saltwater marsh, and Nantucket Sound) on three sides. Cottage was clean; beds were comfortable and the views were great. Thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk along the tidal pools, watch the various water fowl, and enjoy the peaceful setting.”

“Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 nuits en famille dans ce bel endroit idéalement situé. Proche de la plage, loin du bruit de la circulation tout en étant proche du centre-ville. Ce fût très pratique lorsque nous sommes partis en excursion à Nantucket ! Et le mémorial de JFK n'est pas loin non-plus. Une bonne adresse pour notre séjour ! “We spend a long weekend at the Breeze for my wife's 40th birthday. The cottage is lovely, clean, and well-stocked with some extra treats for spa lovers. We loved the location of the house and took a long hike through the salt pond to the Coast Guard Beach and Nauset lighthouse. It was also great that many nearby towns are within 30-minute driving distance. The weather was cold and stormy to enjoy the chairs on the pond, but we loved sitting by the window and reading overlooking the water. Yara...

“The view of Swan Pond is gorgeous. We survived Hurricane Lee with small impact. Sunny 9 days out of the 10 Swimming at West Dennis beach kayaking in Swan Pond, canoeing, fishing, dining at Clancy’s, lighting the fire pit at night for s,mores and toasting marshmallows. Grill could be improved on one side and a lighting issue. Cottage clean and beautiful. Description should be updated.”

“This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,...
