Benvenuti ad Harwich, nel Massachusetts, vicino a Cape Cod National Seashore!

A soli 5 minuti dall'uscita 10 mid Cape, la nostra casa si trova nel centro storico di Harwich su un grande lotto privato con la pista ciclabile di Cape Cod che si affaccia sul retro della proprietà per un facile accesso.

C'è una piscina di acqua salata sulla proprietà ed è solo un giro in bicicletta di 12 minuti (3 minuti in auto) per le spiagge del porto di Harwich, quindi è possibile scegliere tra un soggiorno a casa e cucinare o uscire uno spettacolo.

Meno di un miglio a due campi da golf.

Alcune cose da tenere a mente con lo spazio:

- La cucina è molto ben attrezzata.
- È un'antica casa costruita nel 1920, quindi le scale fino al 2 ° piano sono ripide

-Harwich, MA è la sede del Cranberry Festival che si svolge ogni anno a settembre
-Cape Cod Lavanda Farm
-Prima cantina di schiacciare
-La charter di pesca parte dal porto di Harwich

Fantastic week at this special home

My wife, myself, my in-laws, and my 6mo old daughter really enjoyed our week at Matt and Britt’s special home. They’ve done a thorough and thoughtful job renovating a classic old home, and it perfectly blends antiquity and modern comfort. The location is great, able to walk to a few eateries and parks, and the beaches nearby are beautiful. We’re already thinking about next year. Thank you!

August 2024 Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at Matt and Britt's beautiful antique home in Harwich! The enclosed porch and pool were the perfect place to relax and the kids had hours of entertainment. We traveled with 2 adults and children age 17, 12, and 10 and there was more than enough space for everyone. It is the best stocked house we have ever stayed in and all we had to bring was food, drinks, and bikes. The treats provided upon arrival were enjoyed by all! Matt was great to communicate with and answered all of our questions before the trip and while we were there. We definitely want to stay here again in the future!

A little slice of heaven in Harwich!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Matt and Britt’s home. It’s incredibly beautiful and comfortable & the location cannot be beat. The backyard is a blast and some days we opted for pool days over beach because that’s how nice the outdoor space is! The communication with Matt was phenomenal and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches the hosts left such as a wonderful bottle of wine and delicious jam! We highly recommend this home.

Three generation family vacation

Wonderful property! Matt and Brittain have continually improved the quality of the property and rental experience over the three years that we have stayed there. They have thought of everything to ensure a pleasant and convenient stay. In addition, the location is close to shops, restaurants, park with playground, tennis, and pickleball, the bike trail, and Harwich Mariners ball field. The backyard pool is perfect for us and our grandchildren.

Perfect house and perfect stay!

Impeccable is the only way to describe the owners, the house, and everything in between! Everything and anything you need is there. Short walk to Harwich center, the lavender farm, to bustling brooks field with every sport court. Central to plenty of restaurants, mini golf and beaches. The design and craftsmanship of this historical antique is absolutely beautiful, yet has every modern amenity you could hope for. Cozy is an understatement, it felt like home. Matt and Britt have clear pride of ownership and were the best hosts, like no other we have experienced renting on the Cape.

Quintessential Cape Cod Family Vacation

This was our first time staying at the Harwich House, and the home and our experience was pure magic. The owners have taken care to beautifully restore their historic home and have anticipated all the details which made our stay relaxing and comfortable. From the moment you step inside the home, you feel like you like you are on vacation. It is thoughtfully furnished with a mix of antiques and modern furniture and lighting- coastal and serene. The salt water pool was our little oasis and we spent a lot of time hanging by the pool and grilling after long days on the beach. The hosts left us a creative welcome gift including jam from their farm, and Matt was very friendly and available in case we had any questions or needed dinner recommendations. We will definitely be back to visit next year!

House Keeps Getting Better

This was our second summer at Harwich House. It was already beautiful but the upgrades that were made over the winter made it even lovelier. The kitchen is fully stocked and spacious, the pool is great, as is the screened in porch. Even when the weather doesn't cooperate, it's a wonderful place to spend the day. Proximity to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, beaches and town are added benefits. In short: a great place to spend a week at the Cape.

Wonderful property/wonderful hosts!

We have stayed at this property for a week during 3 of the past 4 summers. The house just keeps getting better (as the owners have updated the property every year)! The house itself is very accommodating, comfortable and inviting! We love the decor which enhances the house in a rustic but also modern way. The pool area is a major plus and allows you to choose between beach days and poolside days…we often mix both and end up reading on the screened in porch. We’ve look forward to visiting again!!! We also love communicating with the owners who are always responsive and friendly!

Great Harwich rental!

This was our second year at the Harwich house, and once again it was wonderful for our family (two grandparents, two parents, and kids 4 and 6). Everything about the house was clean and convenient. Comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and outdoor space. The backyard pool and location near park, bike trail, and restaurants made this house perfect for us.

Wonderful Cape Cod Property with Pool

Wonderful Cape Cod home for our family vacation, slept 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Our 6 year old and 4 year old loved the pool and walking to the neighborhood playground that was just 1 block away. Nice location that was a jumping off point to other cape destinations. Pool was a little chilly in the mornings but owners mentioned that pool heater was coming in 2023. Weather was warm at the end of August and we did use the air conditioners in the bedrooms at night. Great communication from owners who were available to answer any questions. Beds and pillows were comfortable for everyone. Highly recommend!

Perfectly Wonderful Experience

My experience with Matt + Britt was by far my best in many years of home rentals. Their home is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and in a wonderful location. You have all that you need at your fingertips, and nothing you don't. The house is close to beach, bars and shops, but a quiet and peaceful oasis when home. Their communications from beginning to end are clear and helpful, warm and welcoming. Overall they enhance your vacation experience in every way.

Beautiful cape cod vacation

Beautiful house! Our family had such a wonderful time in this house! We have vacationed in Cape Cod several times and this was our first stay at this location. It did not disappoint! Our kids loved the pool and spent most day swimming. The location was great for exploring all areas of the cape. The hosts were so gracious and helpful and made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Exceptional stay in a unique and beautiful property

We had an amazing family vacation at this lovely home. We so enjoyed the screened-in porch, saltwater pool, proximity to the Cape Cod biking trail as well as the well-appointed kitchen and furnishings. The fresh hydrangeas were a lovely touch that speaks to the attention to detail throughout. Matt was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. We would definitely return again and recommend it to others.

Terrific home and location

Wonderful home and yard in a great neighborhood! Close to park and playground, bike trail, other attractions. Backyard salt water pool made this the perfect vacation spot for our three-generation family. House is a very comfortable space, well-equipped and maintained. Owners very responsive! Harwich Getaway

Nothing but compliments here for Matt and Britt. From the moment we inquired to the moments after we checked out and even today, they were Always available to answer questions, make our stay perfect and offering recommendations. Beautifully renovated home, pool, screened porch, roomy and lots of details to make the stay like being at home. Walking distance to Town and close to the rail trail and all around the Cape. Highly recommend this property except when we want to rent. Love all the attention to detail.

The PERFECT Cape getaway!

This was my favorite rental experience thus far. I had booked this trip to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and my in-laws joined in as well. From the very start, Matt was a fantastic host and provided details about the home and nearby things to do. He was very quick to respond, and also checked in to ensure things were going smoothly. As far as the house- the house is beautiful, in great condition with beautiful furniture and anesthetic, and an extremely well stocked kitchen with quality cookware. We also enjoyed the screened porch and the amazing saltwater pool that was fun to dip into after a long bike ride on the rail trail. Our stay here was 100 % worth it, and we all want to come back again in the future.

Fantastic well stocked home with a wonderful pool

We loved every minute at this wonderful, light-filled home. The décor is elegant; it is incredibly well stocked (the kitchen, fans and new ACs in the bedrooms, pool toys, etc); it has a screened-in porch that was cool and breezy even on the hottest days - good for morning coffee, evening drinks and everything in between; and a fantastic pool that was warm despite not being heated. Matt was an amazing host - checking in to make sure everything was okay and quickly offering answers to questions when asked. It is clear how much he loves the house - it made it feel like a real home and not just a rental property. Bike path and sports fields nearby came in handy. Very convenient to groceries, mini golf, and good restaurants. We would very happily stay here again and have already recommended it highly to friends and family.

This was our 3rd year renting from Matt& Britt. The house is gorgeous, beds comfy, kitchen is clean and it is near everything. The pool is a nice touch with plenty of outside toys. My favorite spot is the screened porch where there is always a nice breeze. Definitely recommend this house to everyone.

Amazing week in Harwich!

We had an incredible week in Harwich with our family of 5. This home is the perfect getaway, it is gorgeously and very comfortably furnished, incredibly clean and stocked more than any rental we have ever occupied. The central location was ideal and even on rainy days we loved being at this home. The pool was so relaxing as was the porch. Matt was an incredible host, checking in frequently to make sure everything was up to par and assuring we were comfortable and happy with his home. We can’t wait to return to this amazing rental!
