Enjoy a day in Chatham, Hyannis, Provincetown, Mashpee, Falmouth, Woods Hole. Just a five minute drive to catch the local ferry to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard or book a whale watch or deep sea fishing charter.

Walk into the town of Harwichport to discover unique shops, eclectic eateries, and Cape Cod artists.

Gather on the large deck and enjoy a cookout on the gas grill. Dine alfresco at a table for six then watch the sunset with additional seating for eight.

The large backyard is perfect for playing outdoor games. Enjoy the gardens filled with native vegetation and the beauty of the Cape Cod hydrangeas surrounding the house in both the front and back gardens.

Within the house, you will find upscale furnishings and tasteful decorations. This spacious three story home provides plenty of room for large families to spend quality time together. Bedrooms are separated with the master bedroom on the first floor and an additional five on the second floor with two additional bathrooms one with a bathtub.

Find everything you need in a well appointed kitchen. Two separate areas of dining provide seating for 18.

A full walkout basement includes an additional living room with TV, firestick and DVDs. An additional dining table that seats six and a powder room provides extra living space. The basement also includes an extra refrigerator, washer and dryer. There is a fully stocked playroom with books, games, puzzles, and assorted toys.

Guest amenities include complementary Wi-Fi.

Guests are provided with different size bikes, a single person kayak, beach chairs, and sand toys.

The spacious driveway provides parking for four cars.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Although this home does have central heating and air-conditioning, it does not extend to the fourth, fifth, and sixth bedrooms on the second floor. Window air-conditioner units and electric heating panels provide climate control in these rooms.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
