“Great location in between town and pippies beach. The unit is very basic but functional. Had a top loader washing machine, no dishwasher, only one air conditioner at the front of the property so the bedrooms were hot! Shower is in the laundry which is fine. Main issue was the toilet smelt like a rank men’s public toilet despite every effort to clean it. Had to keep the door shut at all times. Needs to be fixed!”

“The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre.”

“Due to the passing of my father, we needed a property that could accommodate 5 people and in turn have sufficient space to host his wake. The cottage has a great outdoor covered deck which provided ample space for our family and friends to mingle. The property is very centrally located which was also handy.”

“I’m sad to say we didn’t book more time here! We stayed for one night in September. This is the place to be if you need a nice place to stay that is beautiful and relaxing. My daughter had a blast in the kids pool where she tried a water slide for the first time ever! The staff were welcoming and helpful. We walked to the restaurant and ordered take away and a gentleman brought us food to our room. Overall, a very lovely experience, I would recommend. ”
