“The room we got was a "dependance", and it was on another street (69 Helshovenstraat), outside the actual hotel grounds. When we arrived the receptionist basically asked for the payment the moment we stepped in, gave us the key and told us where the room was, and went to the kitchen – no credit card receipt or invoice and no information about breakfast times. “Hotel moderno e di design.. Personale gentile ma vergognoso che tra tutte le lingue parlate non conoscono 1 parola in italiano, siamo in un paese europeo, era il minimo!!! La colazione carissima esagerati...buona di tutto un po ma non accettabile il prezzo a persona....22 euro!!!un esagerazione.....un ultima cosa se non controlli tentano di fregarti con servizi che non hai usufruito e quindi farti pagare qlc di non dovuto!!”

“Informatie en contact voorafgaand aan het verblijf, heel prettig. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangen. We mochten om 1 uur al de kamer op. Nette, schone kamer en goede voorzieningen. Hotel gevestigd in een mooi oud pand, wat op een goede manier onderhouden is. Locatie midden in het centrum, toch rustig en gratis parkeren. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!”
