“Everything was exactly how it looked online. Lots of space available, the only thing I would have preferred was there to be a door or curtain where people sleep. For some privacy and when needing the sink it was right at their beds.”

“the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store). The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice.”

“The room was so fitting and it really felt like Hokkaido and on top of all that it’s so close to the station. Overall great experience, would recommend and for sure coming again in the future!”

“We had a pleasant stay in the Vessel Hotel Susukino. Breakfast was delicious; the only problem was that the restaurant gets very very crowded at breakfast. The location is very convenient and the room was compact but very well organized. The staff was super kind. ”

“사진과 같이 넓고 편안한 숙소 였습니다!! 챙겨주신 수건과 어메니티들도 모자람 없이 충분했어요. 숙소에 식기와 전자렌지가 있어서 편의점에서 사온 음식 뎁혀먹기도 좋았고, 온풍기가 있어서 춥지 않았습니다! 젖은 옷을 말릴 수 있게 옷 행거도 있었고, 욕조가 있어서 반신욕 할 수도 있어서 추운날씨에 밖에 많이 돌아다니다가 들어와서 몸 담그니 너무 좋더라구요~ 다음에 삿포로가게되면 또 머물고 싶은 숙소였습니다. 숙소에 세탁기가 있어서 장기숙박해도 좋을듯해요!! ”

“I really enjoy my time here. The rooms were nice and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. A walkable distance from susukino in a nice quiet neighborhood. Only issue is if there are residents upstairs you can hear every step they take.”

“We - a family of 4 - stayed in the Kyoto - JAPANESE Modern room and absolutely loved it. The room is very spacious and full of natural light due to plenty of windows. It even had an accessible balcony with beautiful views to the park. The mattresses were all very comfortable and the duvets were next level fluffy. No-one wanted to get out of bed in the morning. The place including the 2 x toilets and 2 x showers was super clean and so were bed linen and towels. Staff were very polite and helpful....

“Welcoming staff, clean modern rooms, great library/lounge area to hang out in with drinks, snacks and books to read. Online check-in was easy, and even got a pop up notification at the check-in booth letting me know I got a package delivered there. Excellent place to stay opposite a Lawsons and easy walk from Sapporo Station. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Nice location, in a walkable distance to the subway (Tozai Line) and Maruyama Park. Sapporo Station and places around there (shopping, Hokkaido University, etc.) are also walkable, but it's a bit of a stretch, especially on hot days. Check-in and check-out was smooth. There are no humans present, everything is done via tablet, but it works. When the auto-lock on our door stopped working (probably low battery), they were very responsive and sent someone to fix it right away. Overall a smooth and...

“La camera seppur molto bella era sopra stazione ferroviaria e le finestre non erano isolanti. Quindi per l’intera serata e notte sentivo continuamente il passaggio dei treni e le loro vibrazioni. Continuo a ribadire che le prenotazioni effettuate in Hokkaido dalla scrivente tramite Expedia sono state quasi tutte associate a camere rumorose e/o con problematiche di pulizia e composizione. Farò una segnalazione direttamente ad Expedia per reclamare l’accaduto.”
