“The room we got was a "dependance", and it was on another street (69 Helshovenstraat), outside the actual hotel grounds. When we arrived the receptionist basically asked for the payment the moment we stepped in, gave us the key and told us where the room was, and went to the kitchen – no credit card receipt or invoice and no information about breakfast times.
