“This property was a great place to stay when visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. Located on a beautiful ranch, The Barn was nicely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, and an easy check-in process. The only issue that we encountered during our stay was due to the “motel style” of the building and the fact that there was a shared wall. Unfortunately, it was not as quiet as we had hoped—it was quite easy to hear the guests next door (who stayed up much later than us) and their bed seemed to be...

“Such a quiet and lovely place to unwind and do some stargazing. Really nice kitchen with new appliances and dishwater, beautiful tile throughout, and super comfortable beds. Very close to both Zion and Bryce, and other natural spots. The cattle and the horses came up to the fence close to our place, and the pinto enjoyed a good scratch under her chin. Loved it all! ”

“100% comfortable, modern, and well put-together. After hours and hours of exploring and hiking in the parks, this is a great spot to call home base. Very quiet little town, but once you gather any supplies and food for your stay, this is a perfect spot to recharge and get ready for the next day's adventures. The host is friendly, with the perfect amount of communication to help make you feel relaxed and cared for.”

“The cabin on Azevedo Ranch was perfect for the two of us. Easy drive up to Bryce NP. Good restaurant options in Bryce City, Tropic and Panguitch. Nice little river walk on the property. Pond to walk around or fish in. Very relaxing and quite location. We picked up 15-20 birds on Merlin. Had breakfast every morning on the patio overlooking the pond and listening to the birds. The kitchen is good for simple dinners and breakfast. We mostly eat dinner out.”

“all was good just no wi-fi. i just dealt with the staff on this. i was told to call IT and spent 90 minutes on hold.before givimg up. i even entered my phone # so they can call me but this option did not seem to work. Had i known no working wifi, i would have booked elsewhere. my 9 year old was not happy with the lack of internet. ”

“20 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park. Very quiet during our April stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Property was very nice and comfortable for our 2 night stay. Much more space than a traditional hotel.”
