“This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. It was easy to find and not far off the main road yet away from distractions of the world. There is a near by atv trail and it just a short drive to Bryce Canyon. It has a beautiful Kitchen but it is sparsely supplied, bring all you need even spices. The beds are fine. There isn't adequate seating, you may want to bring a lawn chair.The host is quick to communicate and expectations are clear.”

“Pro’sThe home was nice and clean, well stocked and the property was perfectly located between Bryce Canyon and Zion Park with a beautiful river just out the front door. Con’sThe house has neighbors located very close on both side which make privacy a challenge. The home was only equipped with one A/C mini split until located in the common area of the house which made the bed rooms hard to cool off during the day and the evenings. It would have been nice if the yard could have been maintained so...
