“Contactless check-in, key codes for entry, and texting communication made the whole process seamless and smooth. The rooms present as apartment-style, both spacious and updated with a rustic feel near the heart of downtown. It was a wonderful experience.”

“The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay.”

“Everything was fantastic, beautiful area so clean and the staff was delightful just 1 little problem with the bathroom which was the toilet wouldn't flush we would have to fill the tank with water everytime we went to use the toilet.”

“The beautiful lobby featured in the photo, was off-limits two out of the three nights we were guests, due to private events being held there. The rooms were very small. We were initially placed in the classic superior room. It faced a noisy boiler serving the air conditioning needs for the building. It had a very small closet for clothes. The boiler noise drove us to move rooms to an even smaller size, without any closet. The street noise in the smaller room size was tolerable, with earplugs....

“Receptionist was very friendly and happy to answer a few questions I had about the stay and check-in/out process. I also found that the hotel was extremely easy to get in and out of. I was nervous about staying in the middle of the city, but It was really easy driving and walking. The room was solid. Very well furnished for a hotel room and I have no complaints about the accommodations. To keep things brief, I'll definitely look here first for my next Nashville trip. Would not hesitate to stay...

“Stayed here before, but it sounded like someone was working on the unit above us and was impossible to sleep in. Loud drilling and hammering. Hoped for a better experience coming from a nice hotel.”

“Nice pool, room/hotel overall was in good condition. Valet pricing is steep ($75/day + tax), will likely stay at comparable hotel with more reasonable valet in future. Valet also not very responsive, no text option so a lot of waiting.”
